If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms. The validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

It also provides advanced accounting features such as auto-billing, reconciliation, and detailed reporting tools to ensure accurate financial management. The platform supports global payment options, allowing merchants access to multiple payment methods with worldwide coverage. Additionally, it offers customizable payment pages, embedded fields, and tailored interfaces to meet merchant-specific requirements. Built-in fraud prevention and compliance tools ensure adherence to PCI DSS and other industry standards, while dedicated support services, including business consulting and ongoing updates, deliver optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
When opening an account, you confirm that:
The Company complies with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for the prevention of money laundering and other unlawful activities. All activities conducted on the platform are monitored to ensure compliance.
By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize the Company to conduct checks, either directly or through third parties, to confirm your identity and other relevant details in compliance with legal obligations.
Users agree to use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. They are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all provided information, including registration and account details, and must securely manage account credentials and API keys to prevent unauthorized access. The platform may not be used for unlawful activities, including fraudulent transactions or money laundering. Users are required to comply with all requests for information or documentation necessary to meet the Company’s compliance obligations.
5.1 The Company adheres to strict Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 Due diligence measures, including verifying client information and conducting necessary checks, are implemented to detect and prevent fraudulent or unlawful activities.
5.3 Clients may be required to provide accurate and complete information to support compliance with legal obligations, including identity verification and other documentation.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to monitor activities to ensure adherence to these policies and may take appropriate actions in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Company provides API solutions to facilitate seamless integration between merchants, PSPs, and third-party providers. By using the API, users agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of API keys and credentials. Users are responsible for the proper implementation of the API to avoid disruptions and ensure compatibility with their systems. The API is provided solely for purposes related to the services outlined in these Terms, and any misuse is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate configurations and compliance with any requirements necessary for third-party integrations facilitated by the API.
The Company disclaims liability for issues arising from improper API usage, third-party errors, or unauthorized access caused by negligence.
The Company works with third-party providers, including but not limited to payment gateways, financial institutions, and fraud prevention services, to deliver its services. While the Company ensures contractual safeguards are in place to maintain compliance with legal and security obligations, it does not assume liability for delays, errors, or disruptions caused by these providers. Users acknowledge and accept that third-party actions are beyond the direct control of the Company. The Company commits to addressing any issues arising from third-party services to the best of its ability but cannot guarantee resolution times or outcomes caused by external dependencies.
7.1 We warrant to adopt adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of our systems and the integrity of data transmitted through our platform. You warrant to take reasonable measures to secure your systems and ensure the integrity of data transmitted to us.
7.2 The client acknowledges that their personal data may be processed by the Company or by any third party engaged to provide services necessary for the operation of the platform. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. The Company ensures that any third parties processing personal data on its behalf comply with relevant legislation and regulations, including entering into contractual arrangements to maintain data security and compliance.
7.3 To ensure the security and integrity of the platform, the Company may monitor platform usage and network traffic to detect unauthorized activities. Periodic audits of systems and operations may also be conducted to maintain compliance with industry standards and legal obligations. Users consent to such monitoring and audits as part of the Company's security framework.
The Company complies with all applicable local and international laws governing payment services, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. Our platform is PCI DSS certified to ensure the secure processing of payment card data. Additionally, the Company adheres to data protection laws, including GDPR, to safeguard personal and transactional data. Users are responsible for adhering to relevant laws and regulations within their jurisdictions, including obtaining any necessary licenses for their operations.

10.1 The Company provides its platform and services "as is" without any warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, or expenses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, system errors, users’ fraudulent activities, negligence, or failure to comply with these Terms.
10.3 The Company does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruptions, errors, or technical issues. Users are responsible for ensuring stable and secure internet connections and maintaining up-to-date systems for accessing the platform.
10.4 The Company is not liable for errors caused by third-party service providers, including but not limited to payment processors, gateway integrations, or external systems integrated through the platform.
10.5 Any typographical, technical, or content errors on the platform will be corrected to the best of the Company's ability upon notification but are not grounds for liability.
